- 1 x Orthofix Primer Light Cure Orthdontic Bonding System 3.5 ml
Tooth Preparation:
- Clean the tooth surface thoroughly using a non-fluoridated pumice and rinse with water.
- Dry the surface with oil-free air to ensure complete dryness.
Etching:
- Apply 37% phosphoric acid gel to the enamel surface for 15–30 seconds.
- Rinse thoroughly with water and dry until the enamel appears frosty white.
Primer Application:
- Apply a thin, uniform layer of Anabond Orthofix Primer to the etched enamel surface using a brush or applicator tip.
- Do not overapply. Gently air-dry if needed to ensure even spread.
Adhesive Placement:
- Apply adhesive to the base of the orthodontic bracket.
- Position the bracket on the prepared tooth surface and press lightly to seat.
Curing:
- Light-cure the bracket from multiple angles for a total of 20 seconds (5 seconds per side).
Final Check:
- Ensure proper adhesion and remove any excess adhesive around the bracket base.
